1. Iain on 9th February for failing to finish THE DARK TOWER V: WOLVES
OF THE CALLA in time.
2. Iain on 9th March for failing to finish THE DARK TOWER V: WOLVES OF
THE CALLA within 30 days of the initial SVP being applied.
3. Mike on 3rd May for failing to finish REVENGER in time.
4. Iain on 6th May for failing to finish THE DARK TOWER VII in time.
5. Iain on 1st July for failing to finish CATCH-22 in time.
6. Mike on 24th July for failing to finish MANY RIVERS TO CROSS in time.
