Michigan
Das American Center for Mobility (ACM) erhält zwei Millionen Dollar von Subaru,
wie das Fahrtest-Werk für autonome Autos aus Detroit mitteilte. Der
Autohersteller schließt sich AT&T, Ford, Hyundai und Visteon als Unterstützer
der Fabrik an. Insgesamt hat ACM 110 Millionen Dollar von benötigten 135
Millionen Dollar eingesammelt. Subaru wird mit den Tests gegen Ende der Woche
beginnen. Indes startet die nächste Konstruktionsphase von ACM in diesem

Continental übertrifft Jahresziele 2017
Mit einem Umsatz von 44 Milliarden Euro und somit einem Zuwachs um mehr als

10,8 Prozent hat Continental seine Jahresziele für 2017 übertroffen. Für 2018
erwartet der Konzern einen Umsatzzuwachs auf 47 Milliarden Euro.

Hella baut globale Produktionskapazitäten bis 2019 aus
In den kommenden Jahren plant Hella, seine Produktionskapazität für
Lenksteuerungsmodule weltweit auszubauen. Derzeit produziert der Zulieferer
diese in Deutschland und China. Bis 2019 will Hella die Module auch in
Rumänien, Mexiko, Brasilien und Indien herstellen.

Subaru invests two million euros in American Center for Mobility in Michigan
The American Center for Mobility (ACM) secured two million dollars in funding
from Subaru, the suburban Detroit-based autonomous vehicle testing site
announced. The automaker thus joins AT&T, Ford, Hyundai and Visteon as
supporters of the site. Combined, the ACM has collected 110 million dollars out
of a needed 135 million dollars. Subaru will begin testing later this week.
Meanwhile, the next construction phase of the ACM is to begin this spring.
