Hi all,
Apologies for hijacking the mailing list, but I need a new roommate for the new
year as my current roommate is moving onto bigger and better things.
The flat is at the end of Station Road West, in the converted Holters Mill and
(as you can see from the attached photos) is lovely! I’ve lived here for three
years and still really enjoy it. The rent is £455 p/m + bills (very cheap as
the landlord hasn’t raised the rent in three years and doesn’t look to be
raising it this one either).
The flat is technically unfurnished but I have collected enough stuff over the
years for it to be almost entirely furnished, you would only need to sort a
bed. There is a built-in double-wardrobe.
Please pass the word on to any networks/friends/new students and you can get in
contact with me either by email or my mobile number (in signature).
Thanks!
Chris
