We are a group of non-permanent teaching staff (HPLs, GTAs & AALs) from
different schools at the University of Kent. We want to create an active
community of teaching staff committed to improve our conditions of employment.
With this survey we want to collect more information regarding conditions of
employment for non-permanent staff to better address current and future issues
that directly affect our community. For example, the pilot project proposed by
the university to address casual labour. More information about the pilot
