Subject: SLMC entrance paving

Please notify your crews of the paving project at the SLMC entrance. This will
affect delivery of patients to the ER. Please read below for the details
provided from the City of Klamath Falls, thank you.
Starting Monday, October 17, 2022 crews will begin night work on the Sky Lakes
Medical Center main entrance off of Daggett Avenue between the hours of 7:00 PM
and 7:00 AM. During the night time work hours, the Sky Lakes Medical Center
main driveway entrance will be closed to traffic and vehicles will be directed
to use the Sky Lakes Medical Center North entrance off of Campus Drive.
Emergency vehicles will have access through the construction during the night
time work window. The Sky Lakes Medical Center main entrance will be opened to
traffic during the daylight hours.
Monday night through Wednesday night, crews will dig out the existing driveway
entrance asphalt and replace it with graded base rock. Thursday and Friday
night, crews will close the Sky Lakes Medical Center main driveway entrance for
asphalt grinding and paving work.
