[karc] VE3RMC-11 balloon flight went very well

The VE3RMC-11 balloon was launched from Wingham airport at 9:30 and landed
about 11:50 about 25 km south of the airport. It reached an altitude of about
92,000 feet. It landed in a farmer's field, about 200m from his house. The
chase vehicle was last seen on APRS in the farmer's driveway.
I was able to receive the balloon directly on 144.390 packet/APRS when it was
above about 25,000 feet.
