[karc] Request for our old repeaters

I have a request for the disposition of our old repeater. If the membership is
in agreement I will negotiate with the individual who has an excellent locale
to provide a large coverage area and provide excellent support to the amateur
community. Details will follow - will put this forth at the club meeting next
week for membership approval.
