From the RMC SABRE balloon launch team:
The Space ADS-B Receiver Experiment (SABRE) team will be launching a high
altitude balloon at ~0900 tomorrow at Wingham, Ontario to test the
satellite payload. You can follow the progress of the balloon flight at the

You should be able to also track it on: aprs.fi with callsign VE3RMC-11.
It will be line of sight to Kingston during the top half of the flight, so you
might be able to hear it directly on packet/APRS on 144.390.
