[kanchilug] Trick to increase volume in the screencasts

When recording screencasts via gtk-recordmydesktop, the volume is very low.
We can increase the volume when we convert the default ogv format to avi format.
Here is an example.
mencoder video.ogv -o video.avi -oac mp3lame -lameopts
fast:preset=standard -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=4000
-lameopts abr:br=128:vol=9 -mc 0
