With regard to the last suggestions, I responded and found nothing objectional
or to add to your suggestions as these were very good. When I responded,
however, an email returned to me saying something to the effect that an aspect
of my message was redacted. I am wondering if there is potentially a flaw with
the mailing list? It is unlike everyone to remain silent. I would like to
encourage everyone to respond and offer any suggested revisions to Rick's
recommendations. The sooner we can finalize the draft, the less problems we
will have going forward. If all of you will at least respond to insure we are
all receiving this, it would be helpful.
