[JYO] Mission Complete! Cookies to Controllers

Leesburg Pilots delivered 100 cookies to the controllers at Dulles Airport
for the 3rd year in a row now. Thanks to those pilots on the delivery team
as well as those that helped donate money for the cookies and baskets. The
delivery team had a great time.
