I'm losing a lessee in November and will have one position open for a new pilot. No overnight restrictions or fees. Details are below. Contact me if you're interested. Brann Aircraft: 2001 TB-20 GT - 156 knot cruise - 20k' service ceiling, 1,000NM range. Based at KJYO Full IFR, King HSI, KLN94 GPS, KMD550 MFD, WX500, KDR510 Data Link WX, KFC-150 AP with FD, ALT pre-select, prop de-ice, fuel computer, standby vacuum, dual AI's and altimeters, Mode S transponder, plus much more. Minimum Pilot Qualifications: Insurance requirements include an instrument rating, 500 hours total time*, 100 hours retractable gear*, and 25 hours in make / model*. Exceptions can be made (i.e. make/model) - but the pilot will pay insurance differential if required. A minimum five (5) hour checkout is required depending on experience. (*may be waived based on experience) Operations and Fees: Flight schedule consists of rotating one (1) week periods Tues - Tues. Pilots will have exclusive use of the aircraft during their assigned week. Weeks / days can be swapped among pilots. With only four (4) flying pilots there are rarely schedule conflicts. Each pilot receives a personal set of keys to the aircraft (access any time). Rate - $60 / hour dry and a minimum flight time of seventy-two (72) hours / year or, $75 / hour dry and a minimum flight time of sixty (60) hours / year Terms - A fixed monthly lease fee of $500 per month is charged for both 60 and 72 flight hour annual contracts. The lease (contract) period is for twelve (12) months. There are no hidden costs. Cost of fuel / oil is the pilot's responsibility - top-off after use. The TB-20 burns about 15 GPH @ 75%.
