Most folks here on the field have dealt with Tom Arthur in the past and may not be aware of some of the changes that took place earlier this year. Effective January 1st of this year I have replaced Tom Arthur as Service Manager for our facility. For those who don’t know me, I have been here since March or 1999 and have filled the roles of Technician, Inspector, Chief Inspector and Service Manager. I am experienced on everything from fabric aircraft such as the Decathlon and Super Viking to turbine aircraft such as the King Air, Beechjet and Premier. This experience and knowledge allow me to discuss technical matters before the plane arrives to help reduce your down-time. Also, since my start in January I have implemented some changes to our parts pricing structure to make them more compatible with the market, streamlining our internal processes to improve service and improve overall customer service and communication.
