[JA] Where are settings to make folders visible

I can't find the settings that let us make the Draft folder visible. I
thought it used to be in the juno.ini files that is in each user folder,
but it doesn't seem to be there.
Will someone please refresh my memory.
(Actually, after reloading my saved user files, they seem to have kept
that setting, but I still want to have the information in case I need it
again.)
