Thanks for the updated information, particularly the removal software available at AVG www.grisoft.com When I went looking several days ago they did not have that available. Since AVG software does not contain every bell and whistle [as a result it's small and works well on underpowered computers], and to ensure thorough removal of infections, they create and make available lots of specific-virus removal programs, well worth ones awareness and attention. AVG is making a good reputation for itself IMHO. Thanks also for the comments on updating IE and avoiding HTML code. More and more email clients are getting ad-ons or coming with settings to reformat HTML as plain text, hopefully cutting these lousy script virii off at the knees. thepccat On Thu, 3 Oct 2002 09:04:45 -0700 Babette C Bloch <bvcb@xxxxxxxx> writes: > > This is a virus warning I got from a list to which I > subscribe...relates > to received spam messages with no message in body. > > --------- Forwarded message ---------- > W32.bugbear [...] ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
