Finally, today I saw e-mail from topica.com come through. I never did get
a good explaination as to why I got blocked on their end:
Here's my last correspondance with them (attached to the first message I
saw from my Juno account - which I've snipped off):
Great.
If you have ever complained about mail to another organization that was
then forwarded to us as a complaint, then the Customer Service
representative could have considered the complaint serious. Based on the
complaint, they may have thought you did not want anymore mail from
Topica. They would have then put you in our remove filter.
With the new technology we are deploying on October 19th, that will not
happen in the future.
