Linda Erkelens, = You mentioned little details about your operating system, RAM, how much = = is filled in the hard drive to help one to go on. On the other hand, if = = another applications print, the driver and printer are probably OK. After backing your email data up [including username and password], the = = usual plan here is to uninstall Juno, reboot, install Juno and see what = = that does. With old stuff and an outside chance is you have memory or hard drive = problems. There is memory testing software which runs from a floppy = disk, and checkdisk and defragmentation of the hard drive can be done = to verify and organize your hard drive. This probably is not your = problem. From your description of how you seemed to get your data problems in = Juno 5 you might be using a flaky operating system like Windows 98, = and/or overworking your system between reboots as well [even XP gets = flaky if not rebooted every so often--however the improved NTFS file = system makes files less likely to become corrupted]. This could = possibly have corrupted one of your Juno files. Removal and = reinstallation of Juno 5 should cover that possibility. Any one else have suggestions? -- Linda K Erkelens <linda.kaley.erkelens@xxxxxxxx> wrote: When I try to print Juno locks up, Task Manager shows "non responding" and I have to end task.
