I wrote juno5bdb (

I wanted to move from Juno 5 to Thunderbird. To use it you'll have to
update to Juno 5 and let it convert your Juno 4 email to Juno 5. If you
do this, make a backup of your Juno 4 email files first, just in case
something goes wrong. If it doesn't automatically convert your email
there is a menu choice to import your Juno 4 email into Juno 5.
