[JA] Juno's IE doesn't always work

Occasionally when I go on line from Juno 8, the website reports that I'm
not using a new enough version of IE.
I can always switch to Firefox, but isn't there some way to update the
connection to IE that Juno uses? I have an up to date version of IE on
my computer. The Juno IE window does not have any menu item for
Help>version.
