That shouldn't be a problem if you've already got a local number.

Well, this would be a problem.  Not sure if "over time" means months or 
years.

I wonder how J1.51 stores the phone numbers.  Maybe there's a way to get 
a new number into J1.51.

Not that I know of.

The speed of your connection doesn't matter.  If you run anti-virus and 
firewall software, that will protect you from virii and may even catch 
some malware that tries to access the internet.
