I found the MCI32.ocx file
Directory of C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
MCI32 OCX 198,848 05/22/2000 12:00 AM
I could send it to you and you could put it in that folder to see if it might
work. Don't really know if it would work just putting it there or if it would
need to be installed, registered etc. But just let me know if you would like
to give it a try.
