There was a documentary on him a few months ago, probably on Discovery or
similar. It showed some excellent footage of his original jump. Hopefully it
may repeat after this event pushes him into the limelight again.

Do a Wiki look-up on 'Joe Kittinger' and see what the old chap who was
'CapCom' achieved not only in the low-tech World of 52 years ago but
subsequently in his life.  I'm rather ashamed to say that I had never heard
