Although not at a Who gig, (did that Saturday, most enjoyable), can I add my
apologies, I share caring duties for my mother with my brother and he got
shafted with a double shift at short notice leaving me avoiding the Soap
Awards by cleaning through Mum's kitchen. In the end I gave up and joined
my Mum in the living room. While she was absorbed in the box I was trying
to teach her blue winged Macaw to say "I wrote the script you know". Mum
wasn't amused, ...the things we do to pass the time.

Apologies for absence this evening, despiet practice having been scrubbed.
SWMBO had a ride to the Cottage, by ambulance, at lunch time, having thrown
a wobbly in a dress shop. Now home but I'm required to be in attendance,
primarilly so that I can be told how to cook....... Suddeny having one of my
deaf spells, whilst claiming I'm starting a diet.

Naturally, cancelling practice has been followed by an improvement in the
weather.

I'm assuming Bones won't be there; The Who are performing in Peel tonight.
