PCI isn't very nice to remove.
Uninstall via the Control Panel but beware that it still leaves some files
in your system that require manually zapping. It also leaves more stuff in
the Registry than is normal but any decent cleaner should spot these and
remove them.

While doing some housekeeping on my flying machine I spotted I still had
Pilot's Club installed. Do I remove this by just using the control panel
remove programs option, or do I need to delete miscellaneous oddments too?
If so, any idea where they are lurking?
