I was hoping the zip might have a readme file in with the changes but it
looks like you have to run the install first.

A quick look at it, little noticeable difference, does seem a little
quicker, maybe they have removed some redundent code, will run it on my
desktop machine tommorrow, when I return home, the laptop is fine, but does
not have the oomph needed for multitask.
