It's more a pre WW2 museum than just WW1 but the essential thing about OW is
that most of the aircraft are airworthy. It gives the place a different
atmosphere because it's got an ambience you don't get at a static museum.
It's magical.
 
Everyone needs to visit it once before they succumb to cardigans and
slippers. Duxford, Yeovilton and Cosford are also essential "must go"
places.

oooh Shuttlworth... thats where i have been the CAA exams lately, was there
nt long ago isnt therea  WW1 acft museaum at Old warden?? a few of my
classmates went to see it
