Two things.First, do you know how we can determine if we've installed all three service packs?
Second, to the person making the initial query, by chance, I happen to have received two RTF files today. I was able to open both as RTF files and work with them in WordPerfect. Then, once converted to WordPerfect, they were still perfectly readable. There's no question that WordPerfect 12 ought to be able to handle RTF files, so long as they were created on an MS OS system. At least you know there's a solution just around the corner. Maybe the service packs hold the answer.

Could this be the problem? Johnm

I try maximizing but it doesn't help. THe only way I can read it is to use the right cursor to read one character at a time. Any suggestions?
