windowsxp help system

Hello listers,
I'm a new member on the list. I just purchased a HP notebook with windows xp
and can't figure out this new help system. I'm used to windows 98 SE. I'm
running Jaws 5.0. got to go now running in demmo mode and running out of time.
Any suggestions on the help system?
