I have IE 6 and JFW 7.0 and 6.0 and I have had this problem since I bought my computer. It crashes in IE and when I write messages in OE. Dell cannot seem to fix the problem. I have a Dimension E3100.

Has anyone else experienced the problem of Windows restarting while moving through tabs within Internet Explorer version 7 with Jaws for Windows version 8. I'm using Windows XP with service pack two. When Windows restarts it wants to send a error report to Microsoft and it says Windows experienced a stop error caused by an unknown driver. I'm wondering if it may be a problem with the way Jaws for Windows is getting the information from Internet Explorer version 7. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?
