I'm a little late, but there is another scam similar to this called
error guard. Look out for it and keep in mind that if you don't install
a program on your computer then *do not use it* unless you can find out
what it does. These things really are just machines and they only do
what we tell them too, though I know its often really hard to believe
that when things start going haywire.
