Hi,
If you've got the time and resources, update to JAWS 6.1 or 6.2, which
are free because you've got JAWS 6.0. I'm not sure, but this should fix
the bug.

hello list:
i have recently upgraded from v5.1 to v6 of jaws on a xp home sp2
machine. using word processors or the likes of msn messenger jaws works
fine, but when I go to type on my e-mail (web based) or on the internet
filling out forms etc. jaws seems to slow right down and doesn't keep up
with my typing. my touch typing is no fast by any means. when I
installed the new version of jaws I used the merge utility to take my
settings from v5.1 over to v6. I never had this problem with v5.1 - does
anyone have any ideas how to get this problem fixed? thanks in
anticipation. stephen
