hi. Ok, now let's be as specific as we can here. When you try to install JAWS, the instalation program simply says ===?? or, are you saying that when opening any type of text document or go to a webpage or read an e-mail message, is it only saying ===, or is it reading the text but adding the === before and after it reads what is on the screen? No matter what, I would say you have some kind of video card compadibility issue going on. It sounds as if JAWS does not like the video card you have installed.
