using e-mail with windows 7 with jaws 12.

hello listers i got a new computer with windows 7 and don't know what to do 
about e-mail i don't understand windows live mail i am used to using outlook 
express or windows mail. can i use windows mail on windows 7 where do i need to 
go to get it and what do i need to do to use it. any help would be very much 
appreciated.
