updating add aware.

Hi,
i have installed add aware SE.
when i installed it first, it told me that my definitions were out of date
and would i like to update them, i said yes, and off it went.
however, i would like to keep it up-to-date, how do i update this software
manually? or will i be prompted when updates are available.?
