When writing a letter in an e mail the name and addresses at the top are always double spaced. The body of my letter isn't. I have tried pasting my letter from MS word and it still happens. The recipients of my letters tell me of the double spacing and in my send box it is shows it is double spaced. Even when I know before I send it isn't double spaced because I have had someone look at it. I am using jaws 9 and 10 and I send my letters in rich text. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
