unable to download attachments in Outlook Express 2000 Professional

Hello List Serve--
I am using Outlook Express in Windows 2000 Professional, and I've updated this
version of Windows 2000 with all of the updates Microsoft has added to it. I
know there is some sort of security setting which will not allow me to open
E-mail attachments, but is there someone in the list who can send me, either on
the list or off, step by step instructions on how to disable this security
setting.
