tool tip keeps coming up when i start my computer.

Hi All,
when I start my computer, it does its usual stuff and then while I am
waiting for windows to finish booting up, jaws says, Tool Tip. I don't have
that box checked in my preference listing. How can I make that go away? it's
not hurting anything, anyway but how can I make it go? I am using Jaws 4.51
and windows 98 SE.
