this is not technically jaws related but cut select and cut is your friend.
Here's now I do it. Start the forward, find the end of what you want to
take out, press ctrl+shift+home, press delete.

I don't know how to take out all those addresses before sending out
forwards. People keep sending me forwards with all the unwanted junk on
there and how do you delete them without deleting the whole message?
