stickey keys.

I know someone had this problem before, and I am posting this, because I may
have the same problem.
When I am typing in either msn messenger 5.0, or writing in outlook express,
all of a sudden in a sentence or whatever, the keys become sticky, and hard
to press, like they are laboring. I didn't read the posts on that and should
have I guess, but what is the resolution to this?
