Judith,
Go to the control panel, and press the letter D, until you come to display.
Press enter on that, and then go to the, settings tab,
and check your colors, and screen resolution.
Highest 32-bit, should be okay for the colors, and 1024 by 768 for the
resolution.
Keep in mind settings can vary from system to system, and Jaws may not read
the same on all systems using these settings.
But these are pretty common settings.
Let us know how you come out on this.
