In the Configuration Manager under keyboard options I've silenced keys
like Alt and Tab by selecting the toggle mute button. That worked for
me. Now, I don't hear Jaws say Tab every time I Tab down to a new link
on Web pages, for example.

Is there a way to turn off announcement of alt, control, and other keys
that
keyboard manager says are "always on"?

Also, in Outlook Express: How do I change how the delete key and delete
message announcements are spoken? I'm tired of hearing "message
deleted"
