slowing down the other voices or languages with jaws

Hi folks. This is going to be a strange message so please bare with me.
What i am trying to do is for example set jaws to speak english at a fast rate
for example the rate i have it
and for example if it is reading a spanish website
to sow down without me having to do this.
is there any wa that a person can go about doing this?
