skip over frames

I wish there was a way to skip to the end of Internet Explorer frames with
Jaws. I know there is a frames list but what I want is a way to skip to the
end of a frame when I'm reading through a web page. So often these days, there
are advertising frames right smack in the middle of articles. There doesn't
seem to be a convenient and reliable way to get past them.
