seeing messages in Outlook 2003

Hi List,
I am using Jaws 9.0 and Outlook 2003 and sometimes I see the messages
and sometimes I can't. It also says things like link, link, like it
is on the Internet. I have changed a bunch of the settings under
View and sometimes it reads correctly, but most of the time it does
not. Could somebody please tell me the best settings for Outlook
with Jaws? Any ideas would be much appreciated. Much thanks.
