Hi. Rather then uninstalling it, set it to none.
This is in your display pannel under the screen saver.

If you need/want specific instructions email me off-list and I'll talk
you through it.

Subject: screen savers

How can I disable the screen saver? When I am away from the computer
for any length of time I have to reboot and things on my task bar don't
come back. How do I uninstall the screen saver? Thanks, Judith
