What you need is to press Alt + U for Recurrs. Things are obvious once you get the new screen. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of matthew Dyer Sent: Tuesday, September 20, 2005 6:01 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: scedualiing recurring appointments in outlook 2003 Hello List. I have a question about recurring appoints. I would like to scedual my appoints that are recurring for example birthdays and meetings I am members of. I did not know if it is possible for I did not see a way to change it so that accurs more than once. If I could get some instructions about this that would be greatly appreasieated. Thanks.
