Hi,
That answer from F S totally ignores what the s keystroke was intended to do.
It also ignores what the s keystroke did for us before JAWS 8.

The s is not intended to move one to just "any" link but the same link you are on--meaning it will bypass
"different links" that you may have no interest in right at that moment.
Otherwise, why would people be using versions prior to Version 8 to usethe "s" keystroke.
I have not gotten my answer yet, but Iappreciate this.
If you want to use the s navigation command, write some one higher up.

Dear cheryll

Thank you for contacting Freedom Scientific technical Support. The s key
moves you to the next element on the page that's the same as the link
you were on. Therefore, if you are on a link, it will move you to the
next link. If you are in a list, pressing the letter s will move you to
the next list and so on. If I can I be of any additional assistance to
you, feel free to email me back.

Be sure to include all previous correspondence pertaining to this
matter when replying to this message so that we might better
assist you.

Hi,
Thanks ever so much for discovering the failure of the "s" navigation

command to work on the web with JAWS 8.
Please write Freedom Scientific!
This s command is really worth keeping; it saves time and avoids
links
you can always visit later.
Again thanks.
