reply directly to sender

Dear friends
I am using jaws 11 with windows live mail. But I don't understand how to solve
a problem. When I call the keystroke reply directly to sender by pressing the
combination of shift+insert+r... Jaws returns that unknown script call to
replyDirectlyToSender... then it spells the string: replyDirectlyToSender
Please show me how to correct the problem.
