reinstalling JAWS

Hello,
Sorry to ask an oft repeated question. I think I need to reinstall
JAWS. If I do, do I need to do anything about authorization,
activation keys, or whatever the whole business is called first? I
tried a repair and DR. Watson comes up saying that a memory address
can't be read and to send an error report, or not. This version 9.x.
