ok, .5 .1 .2 .3 are each reading as though the . was a separate integer.
instead of saying point5 for instance, I am being given, period on the first
press and 5 on the second press. This is probably fixable though in the
script.

With JAWS 5 update and 4.51, if one copies a Word X P document into
Notepad,
control insert arrow keystroke fails.
Also, using insert arrow with numbers below "1" like .59 or .51 renders
the following across a line of such numbers
point point point point point
as insignificant numbers after decimals are not even read at all.
If numbers bigger than 1 are read--and that is not my experience-- , that
does not make up for those that aren't read. .
Control insert arrows did not read numbers with whole number followed by
decimal and number like 1.34 in Notepad.
